Everett Garrison Unique and Early 8' Bamboo Rod 8' 2/3 6'4" The rod weighs 4 1/2For sale here is an early Everett Garrison 8' bamboo rod with three tips. Garrison began his coding system in 1931 and Hoagy B. Carmichael tells us this rod was made for a fishing buddy of Garrison's, Elmer Vores. Hoagy dates the rod to approximately 1934. It does not contain a serial number or Garrison's name on the rod. The action is medium fast and excels with a five weight line. The rod is in solid structural condition with all sections of equal
