Joe has been building rods since the 1970s when he built rods exclusively for Andre Puyans' shop. Near mint + original condition. Serial No. L 12. Translucent silks with a slight honey colored hue and very dark brown tipping, almost black. Blonde, straw colored impregnated cane. Oxidized agate stripping guide. Cigar grip in fine condition, appears to have been handled very little. Oxidized
