Gyuto 230mm Gyuto Wa handle made of ebonisedThis Gyuto feature a flat heel, good distal taper, and thin tip. The blade is made using the famous "Rainbow Damascus" from Takefu. It's composed of several layers of copper, stainless steel and brass. San ma with V Toku 2 core steel and Stainless "Rainbow damascus" cladding. V toku 2 is a tungsten steel for better wear resistance. Forged to shape and to geometry the bevels are ground on water cooled grinding stone with an etched finish. The handle is
