This exceptional coffee is crafted from two varietals Caturra and Castillo and originates from a select group of 19 farmers within the larger Aponte cooperative in Colombia. While we've long collaborated with this co op, focusing on these 19 farmers allows us to build direct relationships, enhancing both transparency and
