Medagla Soy 70 %, 100 g. we thought that was aMade with soy from the Wakayama Prefecture in Japan. It's made with a mild, dried soy, so it is kind of like flaky salt. The umami flavour gives a savoury touch to the Medagla chocolate which is already quite a savoury chocolate. It is a sweet 70 % chocolate, but gives a lot of notes from the salty cuisine.
