placing 9th in the Geisha Natural category

They are doing UL roasts and sourcing really fun coffees

The Stray - Gilmer Mejia Washed Gesha hidden Shoebox is quickly becoming oneBio: We had heard of The Stray, but are always a bit leery of roasters from Germany, as many of them roast darker than what we prefer to drink. We saw that they released an ultralight set with The Coffee Nerd, a cafe with excellent sourcing in Heidelburg. After seeing that, and chatting with a few other local people in the scene that we trust, we decided to reach out. Theyve been roasting for a while now, but have been playing with lighter profiles
