Ouroboros Ring Snake replicated in miniature form onThe image of a serpent or dragon biting its own tail is one of oldest ancient symbols, first appearing in the tomb of King Tut as part of the Book of the Dead. In the western world it is known to us as the Ouroboros Greek for Tail Devourer. Alex was introduced to the idea of the Great World Snake by Jack Kerouac, and subsequently carved up his own unique rendition a skeletal serpent with a pointed spine and a little skull. The Ouroboros is an emblem
