port charlotte 10 year old distillery-Glen Elgin The cask strength version offersProduced by Bruichladdich, this expression is peated to 40ppm, and drawn from a combination of Bourbon casks and 2nd filled French wine casks. On the nose it contains notes of oak, marine and smoke, along with earthiness, caramel, spices, and a hint of citrus fruit. On the palate it is soft and delicate, with smoked oysters, coconut, vanilla custard, lemon honey. The finish is balanced by smokiness, sweetness and fruits.
