Orvis CFO III Reel 6'10" The spacer is a handsome

The spacer is a handsome varnished walnut that tapers seamlessly into the grip

Hardy's catalogue refers to this rod as a 5 weight although it would be comfortable with a 6 as well

We're lucky to have two of these fine Hardy St George Junior reels that Hardy reissued approximately ten years ago

My guess is that the 4-5-6 may have been offered in the 2003 catalog

The foot is nice and straight and has "150" stamped into it

Excellent, very lightly used condition with a few tiny cosmetic marks on the rim and some mounting marks on the foot, but very clean otherwise. Made in England. Designed to hold up to a WF6 line + 50 yards of 20# backing. Comes in an Orvis brown leather and canvas zipper pouch.
