Nickel silver down-locking reel seat over a cedar spacer

The rod is in excellent original condition with the exception of having the mid-section male ferrule and the stripping guide re-wrapped

and fine canvas tube cover

At some point in the rod's life the reel seat hardware was replaced by a prior owner and Hoagy subsequently restored it to original with authentic Garrison components from the 1930s

The fit is very tight
