Domaine Ninot - Mercurey 1er Cru 2021 sparkling rose Simon Johnson's Pasta Sauce withA red Burgundy from Domaine Ninot, a family estate in Rully working its vineyards organically (in conversion since 2017). This Mercurey Premier Cru 'Les Velleys' is 100% Pinot Noir from old vines on a steep, well drained south south east slope. Elegant and complex, it is a serious, age worthy expression of the Cte Chalonnaise.
