EF Payne Bamboo Fly Rod 13' 3/2 6'10" The rod is in excellentA spectacular EF Payne two handed bamboo fly rod, 13', 3 piece, 2 tip. This rod is in mint condition with the paper still on the foregrip. My guess is that the manufacture date is the early 1950's, with a perfection stripper and no ferrule plugs. The tip tube was missing so we have supplied a cloth bag to hold the two tips and mid.
