There is 20% whole berry fermentation here which, adds a patina to the tannins and a creamy, but fresh texture to the wines. On the finish there is more power than usual and notes of spice and cinnamon. This cuve of Chambolle Musigny "Vieilles Vignes" comes from about fifteen plot based in Chambolle Musigny for an area of 3 hectares. The average yield
