Other botanicals in the mix include juniper, vanilla, cinnamon, clove, coriander and lemon verbena. Interestingly, the base spirit for Sharish gin is made with a mixture of molasses, rice and wheat! Warming, earthy coriander and cinnamon, with sweet sparks of apples and orange shining
