This fermented Pu'er tea is created with the unique leaves growing in Xigui village, in Lincang prefecture, known for the peculiar technique used to cultivate tea trees: they are trimmed along the branches leaving only the top tips to flourish. These willow shaped trees earned Xigui tea the nickname "The Willow Leaf Flying Dagger
