Stretchy mini dress and chiffon top layer are dripping in crafty gems, sequins, and beads. Even the buttons on the jacket are chunky seed bead clusters. Then there's the print lounging ladies with pineapples, little birds, umbrellas and radiant suns, all bedazzled and in juicy hues. Amazing.
