floor length wool peasant dress vintage and the waist is quitethis is such a unique special piece. i believe it was handmade, my mom thinks its a mennonite dress, which honestly is cool because its beautiful quality. its so warm and thick and heavy and extremely long, the length of it from shoulder to toes is 57 inches. the waist measures in at 28 inches. it has amazing puff sleeves and the sleeves are quite tight further down. a little itchy but honestly i was able to tolerate wearing it all day. it zips up in
