Ducru Beaucaillou 2015 is remarkable
good length
Its delicate sensation of viscosity on the finish reveals nuances of flowers and very pleasant spices
It's still incredibly primitive and yet it's already laid down so many layers
the mouth is creamy and stretched
DOMINIO DE PINGUS Pingus 2013 Ribera del Duero Rouge 0.75 Ltr Ducru Beaucaillou 2015 is remarkableLike all 2011s, the 2011 Pingus is riper, with never before seen alcohol levels (15. 5%), but the wine seems extremely balanced. It is ripe and exuberant, with notes of violets, spices (curry!), smoky peat and meat broth aromas reminiscent of umami. The palate is ample, glyceric with fine but numerous tannins, so they need to be calmed down a bit.
