This is the second part of a new series that will be released over the next few years. For the third whisky in the series, we have selected an unpeated single cask whisky from the Shizuoka distillery. This whisky was distilled in the last remaining pot still at the Karuizawa distillery and matured in bourbon casks for over three years before being bottled at a robust 52. 7% ABV.
