Chardonnay AOC Valais Centilisation:75cl 1 Assemblage Rouge BarriqueIntroduced in Valais by passionate Burgundy winemakers at the beginning of the 20th century. An early ripening grape variety. Tasting Notes Intense fruitiness of fresh pears, lime, and grapefruit, very typical of the grape variety with a hint of hazelnut. On the palate, the attack is fresh and lively, with the citrus fragrances noted on the nose. It is a round, powerful, and long wine with a magnificent balance. Food Pairings Aperitif wine, smoked
