Caroline 2004 2011 a full and intense whiteLate harvest (late November) of botrytised Chenin from hundred year old vines. Long fermentation and levage over the course of 5 years in 400 litre barrels. Around 150g of residual sugar. A rare, perfectly natural sweet wine. Amber colour, rich, unctuous mouthfeel and delicious complexity combining honeyed notes with candied fruit.
