Chardonnay Les Trouillots 2022 Capacity:75 cl Respecting traditional winemaking methodsThis Jura Chardonnay comes from vines over 40 years old, planted on the Trouillots terroir, composed of Lias gryphaea limestone and clay. Organically farmed since 2014, it is harvested manually and then pressed directly. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in topped up barrels. The wine is neither filtered nor sulphited.
