Un Autre Monde 2024 Capacity:75 cl the Domaine d'Ouréa benefits fromThis wine is made entirely from Syrah grapes, grown on plots with granitic soil, which imparts remarkable elegance and finesse. Yields are controlled at 40 hl ha. After 80% destemming, the grapes undergo a cold maceration for four days, followed by a 20 day fermentation and maceration. Punching down and pumping over are performed daily. Nine months of aging in oak barrels adds beautiful complexity.
