Les Sables 2022 Capacity:75 cl The winemaking method preserves finesseThis 100% Romorantin wine comes from vines aged 30 to 50 years, planted in clay siliceous soil which contributes to its minerality. Thanks to controlled malolactic fermentation and 10 months of aging in conical vats and demi muids followed by 5 months in cement vats, it develops a beautiful aromatic complexity and offers a refined structure. This dry wine is ideal for drinking young to fully appreciate its fruity aromas.
