Coffret Pu er & Céramiques de Manon Clouzeau Exclusivités October 2010This box was created with Manon Clouzeau's ceramics around the theme of pu er teas prepared with gong fu cha. In Chinese, gong fu cha means "taking time for tea". This way of preparing tea aims to bring out the aromas through a very quick infusion of the leaves (1 min) with very hot water. It is composed of : a bowl with a lid acting as a mini teapot, named gaiwan in the ritual of gong fu cha, with a capacity of 10cl a pourer to homogenize the tea
