LA ROQUE 2024 OP_playlist_2026 pour préserver fraîcheur et fruitéThis wine is made from Malbec grapes grown on 35 year old vines planted in Miocene brown marl at an altitude of 350 meters. The grapes are hand harvested and then vinified naturally with destemming. After a 30 day maceration, the wine ferments in concrete tanks, where it is then aged for six months. This process, without added sulfites, highlights the purity and quality of the terroir.
