Rum has been made from local molasses since the 18th century. Clarendon is today one of the most important rum distilleries in the world, producing around 12 million liters of absolute alcohol. This 24 year old Clarendon rum was bottled from a single cask which yielded 192 bottles. It was aged on the Old
