Put that card onto the battlefield tapped under your control and the rest into their graveyard. Being able to mill an opponent to not only remove their best cards, but also steal their lands, is an awesome ability
That token has to be represented by food (again, this card is talking about actual food, not Food tokens which were still 3 years away from making their debut) and you have to eat it any time one of those tokens dies
