Teval exacts a toll for casting spells, making it so you lose life equal to its mana value, and thats for everything, not just spells you cast with a delve cost
The deck is far too creature-heavy, with 39 in total, which is somewhat understandable given there will be a lot of sacrificing, but that's typically reserved for tokens, which can be created by instants, sorceries, and enchantments
"without paying your mana cost" is well worth remembering here
In most cases, combo shifting onto both characters seems to bring the most value, but you are sacrificing a wider board for one card
