This would probably make the format less fun in general because instead of games being about what decisions you make or how your build your deck, your games against the most popular deck in the format would only be about how good you were at mulliganing into a game-ending, Turn-2 sideboard card
Unmarked Grave costs 1 more mana, is sorcery, and is restricted to nonlegendary cards (nice flavor btw), so it's not going into all Graveyard decks, but 2 mana tutor is still a great rate for decks looking to dredge up nonlegendary cards
