The Giogali Chandelier was originally designed in 1967 by Angelo Mangiarotti

There are five individual shelves each with a fold up door front that slides and pushes back into the top of the section to keep it open

The shade screws off allowing access to the two bulbs in the top and bottom

The photos illustrate where the handle on each side has snapped off during use. The bowl is deep and is solid with some woodworm holes adding to the overall character.
