Leonard 38 ACM Fly Rod 7' 2/2 #3 HL Leonard This rod has a swelledA nice H. L. Leonard 38 ACM fly rod, 7', 2 piece, 2 tip, built for a #3 line. Medium slow action. These ACM models are very hard to find! This one is refinished and the sections are full length and the ferrule fit is good. One tip is in very good condition and the other has two clear wraps. The first clear wrap is at the bottom between the guide and the ferrule. The other starts at the base of the top guide and extends down 1 7 8". The wraps are red
