Heck, even Counterspell needed Modern Horizons 2 to get added to Modern after being touted as too powerful for years

I might be biased, but I think this card is pretty strong and will do more work than youd expect especially in cEDH with access to cheap or free legendary creatures

In terms of power level, I think it is somewhat playable enough
