I havent put time into a list with Misty & Lorelei included, but in a list that utilizes Tag Call to have a guaranteed search for it I could see this being an incredible card to swing the course of the game and use Keldeo-GXs Resolute Blade as your second GX attack of the game

Many of these new decks will go back and give a new purpose to older cards, such as is the case for Moltres ex, who found a new home in the Infernape ex decks

Note: You could end this combo with a Psychic End Punisher instead of Ukiyoe-P.U.N.K

I think this is an amazing way to fit the lore considering Rowan and Will are twins
