I decided to use Shared Animosity over Marshal's Anthem as it is a bigger Anthem and can be turned into an easier finisher which the deck is kind of lacking

It will not overwrite effects that modify power or toughness (whether from a static ability, counters, or a resolved spell or ability), nor will it overwrite effects that set power and toughness which come into existence after the ability resolves

To put it even more simply, conversing with Eligeth is extremely frustrating

It's a cheap card to play that offers a heap of value, and it nips a lot of win/lose conditions in the bud
